I keep getting kicked off the internet therefore I can't receive or make a call. I get a dialtone and the number sounds like it goes through but the other phone I'm calling doesn't ring. My computer majic jack screen reads "not connected". This is very annoying especially since I paid for service I am not being able to receive. I can be reached at 870-243-3816.
