They TWICE sent me broken blackberries. The first one, a Blackberry Curve 8330 which I brought straight to the Sprint store to get my numbers transferred had a broken USB port (they claimed to have sent me a new one, not refurbished). The second one they sent me, also new- not refurbished they claim, a Blackberry 8830 World Edition (which is an absolute piece of shit) was sent to me because my original curve was on backorder for 10 DAYS.
