My home was sold on DEC. 2009. I never receivied any forms or notification prior to the forclosure and sell of my home. The way I found out was when I called to get the end of the year statement for tax filing, only to find out that I had to go through a lawyers office which informed me that the house had been forclosed on and sold back to the bank.
