I ordered the NCIS seasons 1-6 boxset as a Christmas present around Dec. 14th. Despite atleast 15-20 emails requesting a status (because I did not receive the product) I did not receive 1 reply from them. Their support site said all emails would be answered within 24 hours. Lying b@st@rds!! This morning I checked the status to see if the order had progressed past the "in progress" status. Nope. Just 5 minutes ago, I checked again and got the message that the account was suspended. I don't hold out much hope of getting my credit card company retrieving my money.
