I went online to download Skype. I typed Skype into my browswer and saw the website. I clicked on the site and it was represented as Skype. I was told that Skype was a free download but was given three options. I clicked on 1 year for $19.95 and figured that Skype must have started charging for their web based calls. When I received the confiramtion email, I realized that I subscribed to Software-HQ. Their website states that charges are NON-Refundable. I am livid. I am going to write to the New York State AG and expose these scam artists. I used a Master Card debit card and will try to appeal. read full review »
