I have been waiting for a dvd i ordered for over a month now! It was ok for them to take my money tho! Have emailed several times & all they can say is that it was posted on 7th jan & takes up to 2 wks, although i ordered it 2 weeks b4 the 7th! I send things through my work to the U.S.A every day & the maximum time it has taken for a U.S.A customer to receive via Air Mail has been 10 days. Is there anything I can do? read full review »
