Using the prepaid unlimited plan, the phone bugs you all day about not having an account balance, when in fact you don't need one because all texts and Voice are unlimited until the end of a period. Several calls to ATT yields nothing. Lots of dropped calls, flaky service at home, ridiculous data rate for non contract phones (the contract price is still a rip off) Also call quality drops a lot during a call even with full bars on both ends.
