In December 2009 Yes Loans said I had been accepted for a loan. They said I had to pay £69 admin fee. They actually debited £89 from the account I gave them. I soon realized they had lied to me. I put in a written request for my application to be canceled and the admin fee refunded within the time allowed for refunds according to their own policies. It has been a month and there has been no response and no refund. Their staff are particularly hostile and unprofessional in their manner. What do I do? read full review »
