The cheese currtenly being sold, namely mild coloured cheddar, smart price is just like plastic, it will not melt when grilled or baked in oven. It did not used to be like this, infact it was excellent and very good quality, we ate quite a lot of it. Please can we have a return to the previous producers. J.
