Like all the other complaints on this site for this same creditor, DRI*ELEMENT5.COM is the biller listed on my credit card charge today, but I did not order a renewal on this software since I now get McAfee for free from Comcast. I did not respond to their solicitation for renewal, but today the charge appears on my account for $29.95. How do I stop this permanently?
