I have ruined pants, jackets, carpet in my car and truck and now the front seat of my truck and another coat; all because the coffee cups at McDonald's do not seal properly with the lid. I have complained to the restaurant numerous times and get the same reply, "They are aware of the problem and a solution is being worked on". I want to know when? I enjoy McDonald's coffee but a cup of coffee there is now inconvenient, hazardous and expensive (dry cleaning and carpet cleaning). Wake up and smell the coffee people the situation is ridiculous.
