Logged complaint no. C1011110507on 11th Jan 2010 telephonically regarding non heating by my microwave oven & assured that it will resolve in 72 hours but its been 10 days but no solution yet. Co. Sent unskilled person on 5th day who visited twice with hit and trial formulae which did not worked & in the process he have also damaged PAP also. I have spent almost Rs. 200 on calls for the thing but no solution.
