I had a small claims court hearing on 02/08/2010 against The Right One/E- Love dating service. During the hearing the executive director of the dating sevice made the remark against me that " I committed an ACT OF TERRORISM " by going to the BBB and Complaints Board to explain my consumer plight. I have these remarks on official court tapes. The Magistrate Hon. Julie Veno allowed these disgraceful and dangerous remarks to go unchallenged. This is a follow-up complaint to my previous complaint against The Right One of Woburn, Ma. charging The Right One of not performing proper and compatible matchups that I expected when I paid $1595.00 for their "services". After several refusals /negotiations to give me back 1/2 of the $1595.00' I was forced to go to Woburn District Court. I joined The Right One in March 2008...I paid $1595.00 up front. All I got from TRO were scant printouts with poor matchups that were also out of my 10 mi. radius. I repeatedly tried to resolve my problems with TRO thereafter offering to settle for 1/2 of my cash fee. All of my efforts were rejected . I informed TRO that I would file for a hearing in Small Claims Court which I did on 8/27/2009. I now found out that the USPS did not deliver the court letter. TRO denied they were at the Woburn address which is a total lie. They still are located... read full review »
