I am currently staying at your Miami Beach Hotel and i must say that this is probably the worst service i have ever received from any hotel i have ever stayed in. Not only is the service bad, the staff are rude and unhelpful! I have asked to see the Manager and I have been told that he will only be available tomorrow morning. When I checked in, the lady checking us in was having a loud conversation with her friends also standing at the counter, then she gave us the wrong blue card and phoned us once we were in our room to come and exchange it... read full review »
