I would like to file a complaint regarding Inventa Marketing, as they signed a contract with me regarding my position as an events promoter prior to the Olympics. And 5 weeks before the games, I was offered another position at another marketing firm and I declined it steadily as I was promised a position with Inventa. Yet right before the Olympics, they sent me an email regarding the cancellation of this agreement. Is this ethical? And furthermore, they told me they are hiring for VOLUNTEER positions and this is why I am particularly upset. Does this mean that a company can go against their word on the contract just to save cost? read full review »
