I switched from Qwest voice (not cell) and DSL to Comcast Broadband on November 9th. After a day of verifying that my new service worked I contacted Qwest to make sure they terminated my voice and internet service and asked for a final statement. After the end of the billing period, I called to get the final ballance which was $99 and I paid by credit card on December 6th.
