On December 7th 2009, I sold a Rockwell Jawhorse on stootsi.com. Stootsi's payout dates are the 1st and 15th of each month. I have not seen a payment to my bank as of this date. Stootsi missed paying me on the 15th of Dec.2009, the 1st of January 2010, and the 15th of January 2010. The first time I wrote to them I received a response stating the Paypal would not let them payout (see below #1).
