In January of 2009 we received a letter to register oour child for the Whos Whos publication that would allow her access to scholarships and would have her name in the whos whos publication as well as he biography. I ordered the book for her and we have not received it. I ahve called and talked to custome service on several occasions since october and the response was it was st the publishers, then it was "it is in the second publication".
