PL took 2-3 times longer than they promised, and my account was suspended due to IGXE using bots and hacking software. IGXE took no responsibility for their PL staff using illegal software. My account was suspended and they were specific on the person doing PLeveling activity used hacking software, item (2) which I am sure is what flagged this issue to the point of being suspended.
