I bought a tv online from Dell weeks in advance of Christmas so I would have it in time. Dell promised 3-5 days delivery. The TV was never delivered. It was damaged in shipment and returned to Dell. The company never contacted us and when we called to find out what happened, they had no information. We called repeatedly and emailed. They never responded to our email and we waited very long times to reach a person on the phone. Even thought the item was in stock, they refused to ship it until 8 days later.
