i had an appointment to go for my routine eye examination i have an nhs tax credit medical exemption card but the woman who i believe to be called sharon ward who was checking my details instore told me i was not covered for it and would have to pay for the test and any glasses i needed, i refused to pay and left whe i got home i chcked on the web to see if i was entitled and i was my husband also phone the tax credit helplne just to be sure, i called the store and spoke to marion who confirmed i was entitled and made me a new appointment.i... read full review »
