My husband and I have tried to work with these people numerous times. After having to quit my job in January 2009 to take care of my ill mother, my husband lost his job, due to the company going bankrupt, was forced to take a lower paying job, due to job and economy situation, we even went through local agencies, to try and keep things caught up the best we could.
