Ordered product on line on Dec 11, 2009 - was supposedly a free trial. Did not receive actual Acai Berry Tropic - received some substitution because they were out of stock. On Dec 25th a charge of $88.74 was made to my credit card - it seems their terms and conditions on line say if you don't cancel within 14 days you will be charged. Product we received came with no paperword or directions, just a bottle in the mail. When I called the company customer service I got the company line that I failed to cancel as required and they had right to charge my card. read full review »
