I bought tickets to this park at my hotel lobby concierge. When I got to Xcaret ticket counter with my paid voucher. They took the voucher to a back counter and left me standing at the ticket counter for 10 minutes. It was a 1 hour ferry ride and 10 minute $10 taxi ride to get there and I was concenred about why they were not admitting us. When I left the park that evening, I asked the exit person if our wrist bracelets were all we needed to enter again the next day at the advertised 1/2 price. I was told that was fine. I called this company for oriental rug cleaning. They said that a representative would need to evaluate and measure rugs for cleaning prices and I was told that the rugs would be cleaned and returned in 4 days time. A very unprofessional "temp" type of person came out to measure the rugs. He quoted me a price. When we agreed on the price, e took the rugs and I paid for half the fee.
