Charter is the worse company I have dealt with. I am not sure why they do not get penalized or shut down by the goverment. It is just not a bad customer service, but they are over charging customer. That is stealing. Apparently they do not get audit. They are sending the billing due on the 10th, but I am recieving the bill on the 13th.. I am being told that I am late and I am getting charge penalty fees. The only reason I can not change is because, the location were I live, does not get AT&T internet service. I hope someone can do something. read full review »
