Let me tell you my nightmare with Dell Computers! I went on Dell.com on 11-22-09 to purchase a compuetr for my wife for Christmas 2009. I was impressed by their website and the option to create a computer from a list of components they had to offer. I used their step by step process where you could choose the mother board, drives, sound cards, monitors, printer so you could boost the performace of the computer from their standard store models...well you get the idea.
