My husband and I look at our bank statements regularly. Last night we noticed a charge for 24.95 from some company called called Valmax, which is supposedly based out of CT, but all the information on their website says CA. We checked online and found numerous complaints about this company. Their own information states that "you probably signed up for membership by visiting a partner website."
