I have autopayment on my account, I noticed no payment was taken out of my acct, called directv and they made me pay two months of service or they would disconnect, Spoke with supervisor about it, said sorry but thats their policy. Spoke to my bank, they said they didnt stop or decline payment, they said the input the info wrong or they didnt bill that month.Directv will not admit to anything, Its just my problem. read full review »
