I npurched an item online and used a code for free shipping, which was reflected in the total. when I got a comfirmation via e-mail it showed that I was charged shipping. i have tied to get a phone number for customer service buy apparently its not published thru the phone company or online.the order number is 62164087 and the id number is 4290862. read full review »
