The start of the order was ok, however, once we ordered and time passed, we were wondering where is the food we ordered, called the manager and told him that your driver is not here yet and its been well over an hour, the manager was sorry and promised a free pizza delivery within 10 minutes, well, the 10 minutes came and went well over an hour again, called the manager, and he had no answer, he lied about what he promised and because of it, i suggest that people watch this place, they tell lies and wee will no longer purchase food from Domino's pizza in Grayslake again. read full review »
