I purchased a Inuyasha movie for my daughter for Christmas on December 10, 2009, and didn't receive it for Christmas, and since then have emailed them repeatedly to either get what I paid for or at least my money back! I have only received 2 emails back, and they were identical. They both said that I would be contacted in 48 hours, and sorry for my delay. I don't have a phone number for them, and I don't want to send another email, because it's useless! I don't know what else to do. Anybody else who has had any success with them... can you please give me some advice on how to get a hold of them. I would really appreciate it! read full review »
