I was having some problem with my E51 handset so i went to Nokia customer care in gurgaon (sector 14). Instead of focusing on the problem they were more interested in selling the extended warranty. Later on they told me that the problem was due to moisture and its out of warranty. I was asked to pay rs 110 just to know the estimate cost of repair and that also without any bill.
