I bought 2 tickets to Artcic Monkeys (music band) at Liverpool Echo Arena costing 100 Euros. A week before the gig I emailed asking where the tickets where and I was told: Please accept our apologies but we are going to have to refund your money in full for this booking. We have been let down by our suppliers for this event and are not going to be able to get you the tickets.
