I ordered a pair of 'upside' ugg boots but when they arrived they were taupe and not black as i had ordered and also the design was not as in the picture so i asked them to send me a freepost returns label so i can send them back for a refund but they are refusing saying they sent out the right order but they have not and these cost me around £ 90 and i cannot afford to just through that sort of money away Please can you help read full review »
