I am within the time frame to return my smartsmoker kit and they say that I not eligible for returns. Now, they say that they will deduct about 80.00 from my account for the next year. They also say that an order to be returned needs an RAM# and they will not send it to me. without the #, they will not consider the kit returned read full review »
