1&1 internet- enrolled for two years. Then in 2010, they sent a bill to a collector for an automatice re-enroll, charging me for a domain renewal, and 1 year hosting, and elevated the rate from the first agreed upon charge. I did not approve the auto enrollment, and they would not waive it. After trying to pay the non desired charges, their collector charged us an additional $8.00 - because theyre collectors. read full review »
