Norton contacted me via e-mail and asked for my new card information so that they could renew my subscription to their Internet Protection service. I did not want to renew my subscription, so I did not give them my new card number. A few days later I received another e-mail from them thanking me for renewing my subscription with my NEW number that I NEVER provided them with.
