I ordered a free sample of Acia Berry and two weeks later my bank account was charged (without my consent" $87.11. I called the company and was told to send back the unused medicine which I did " by certified mail" which they recieved on 11-16-09; I was told I would receive my refund in two weeks. As of today I still have not received my money. On December 10th I received an email telling me I would receive my refund in 30 business days. I feel I have been patient long enough and have no alternative but to go to small claims court for satisfaction. read full review »
