Respected Sir / Madam, This is a grievance to be addressed with respect to the delay in despatch of Baggage through travel from The Emirates dated 24th Januray 2010 on flight no EK515 -India- Dubai -Mauritius. There has been a prolonged delay for despatch of bagaage with name of Mr Amit Kashyap, File Ref No MRUEK15303/24JAN10/0711GMT and the baggage has not yet arrived the destination (i.e Mauritius).
