I ordered Christmas presents for my grandchildren from this company on line from a catalog they had sent. They acknowledged the order, but never sent the merchandise. Had to go shopping on Dec. 24th for the kids. The communication is terrible from these guys. They don't let you know if they're having a problem, just leave you hanging and wondering.
