I cancelled the Triple Advantage credit watch on Dcember 11, 2008 and received a letter of cancellation of verification/ The charge for service continues on my Capital One credit card. Capital One was also notifed December 11, 2008. I received another bill January 12, 2009 and past due. Ironically this credit service is hurting my credit. Plkease assist in this error. Thank you.
