I responded to a FREE offer of tea bags and was signed up for a monthy club without my knowledge...I was first charged 2.00 then 38.95 to my checking account. I was told it was needed for verification purposes only. I called in august and was told it would take 30 days to process a refund. called in 30 days and told it was going to takke 30 to 60 days...called in another 30 days and haven't been able to get through at all...anytime any day...I have found 3 different phone numbers for this company and they all divert to the same voice... read full review »
