I signed up for a 7 day trial for $1.99 in order to test some software that the site offers. The terms state that your credit card will be charged for a month membership in 7 days if you do not contact customer service. I emailed customer service through the link provided on the website that same day asking them to cancel my "membership". I received 2 emails in return. 1 thanking me for my correspondence and saying that someone would email me shortly.
