Flight number(9w122) 21st of January 2010. We were delayed for 24hrs had to keep asking for food, staff kept hiding from us, we had at least 4 diabetic passengers, no-one even to tell us what was going on, we had to spend all that time in the airport not even put up in a hotel, their excuse was we did not have visas for India.
