Dear Sir, I hold credit card with ICICI Bank since 2005, CC# 4477 4698 1798 1003. I had been regularly paying EMIs till July 2008, when outstanding amount was around 30K. I had family problems, and could not maintain my ICICI account and paying EMIs on Credit Card. On 18th Dec 2008, they forced my account on lean without informing me and deducted Rs. 32, 864.0.
