I was interested in unrestricted downloads offer of E1.50 for 1 week's trial as I wanted to download a trailer for a film. I was actually charged E18.95 for extra services I definitely didn't ask for. I was unable to make any downloads anyway. My requests for a refund from their 'customer support' (2 mins after I had made the payment and they had confirmed the amount of E18.95 by email) were never answered. I am furious! What a scam. Bastards. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO USE THHIS COMPANY. Will they ever be investigated. I intend to report them to any body that I can find on the internet.
