11/08 my roommate wanted to get Direct TV...and they only way we could was we had to get home phone service through Qwest. After having the Direct TV guy here to find out we couldn't have the service I called and cancelled Qwest. No problems. When I received the bill, I paid it online 11/4. Two days later, they took another payment out of my account 11/6. When I called they told me they'd send me a check.
