Having been with JNR since April 2009, booking a block of 30 hours seeing that I had to do the test over the summer, allowing ample time for preparation and I was assured of this after making payment in full when I had already done the first lesson. From there things went downhill, with lessons being cancelled in the last minute messing up any plans for the day. Switching phone off or not responding to phone calls or texts.
