I ordered my wedding dress from houseofbrides.com in August of 2009. (I was in a terrible accident and could not walk for 4 months, so my only option for a dress was to order one online). HOB said my dress would be in by November 20th to 30th. When it didn't arrive I contacted Customer Service to get an estimated delivery date. For weeks, all they would tell me was "Your dress is not in. We'll send you and e-mail when it arrives in the warehouse."
