There are too many stores going out of business and need the consumers business to "stay in business", so why shop at stores that have bad customer service and rude employees like Macys does. Go someplace else and shop. No more Macys for me ! I have given them too many chances and they just don't care about the customer anymore. When you shop at a store and spend hundreds of dollars a lot of months and the clerks know you, they should be little more polite to you and treat you like a valuable customer.
